Payouts Specialist – Car Finance 🚗
Exchange Quay, Manchester | £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + bonus
We Finance Any Car is a fast-growing car finance business right in the heart of Manchester, with sales increasing month on month and a reputation built on quality, compliance, and outstanding customer experience.
As our growth accelerates, we’re looking for a Payouts Specialist to join our expanding team. This is a key role at the centre of the business, where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, sales momentum, and lender relationships. If you have experience in car finance operations, payouts, or finance administration and you want to be part of a modern, high-performance environment where your contribution is noticed and valued this is a brilliant opportunity to step up.
🔑 The Role
As a Payouts Specialist, you’ll own the payout stage of the customer journey, ensuring finance agreements are completed smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with Sales, lenders, and dealerships to keep deals moving and customers informed every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing loan payouts and finance documentation with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Acting as a key point of contact during the payout stage, clearly managing expectations and timelines
- Liaising daily with sales teams, lenders, and dealerships across the UK to maintain momentum
- Handling phone and email queries professionally, confidently, and with a customer-first approach
- Supporting the Head of Sales with workflow management, daily operations, and process improvements
- Maintaining high standards of FCA compliance, data accuracy, and internal controls
- Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where quality and efficiency are essential
👀 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in payouts, finance administration, or operational roles (Car finance experience is highly desirable)
- Highly organised, process-driven and detail-focused
- Confident communicator with customers, dealers, and lenders
- Experience using CRM and finance platforms (Autoconvert preferred)
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- A team player who takes pride in delivering consistently high standards

📈 Salary & Working Hours
- Basic salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + bonus
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
- Late shift: One per week (09:30–18:30)
- Weekends: 1 in 3 on a rota basis
