Payroll Administrator
London | Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid

We're working with a growing professional services firm seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their established payroll team. Working with a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services while building strong relationships and acting as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries.
The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of payrolls for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring all payroll activity is processed accurately and in line with HMRC legislation and key deadlines.

- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
- Managing RTI submissions and statutory payments
- Administering workplace pensions and auto-enrolment
- Processing starters, leavers and statutory leave payments
- Handling payroll queries from clients and employees
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and reports
- Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Supporting continuous improvement within payroll processes
About You
- Previous payroll experience within an accountancy practice, payroll bureau, or outsourced payroll environment
- Strong understanding of RTI, pensions, auto-enrolment and payroll legislation
- Experience processing multiple payrolls simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
