Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis who will provide support with the day-to-day administration of payroll. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop their payroll knowledge.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Payroll and Finance teams to ensure payroll information is processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and maintain accurate timesheet data.
- Process payroll journals and ensure information is entered correctly.
- Learn the weekly payroll process to provide cross-cover when required.
- Check payroll data and highlight any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
- Assist with payroll queries and general payroll administration.
- Support payroll reconciliations and reporting.
- Liaise with HR and Finance teams when required.
- Handle payroll information confidentially.
- Complete payroll tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Is comfortable working with numbers and handling data accurately.
- Has good Excel and general computer skills.
- Can work to deadlines and manage their workload effectively.
- Has a positive and reliable approach to work.
- Is willing to learn and develop their payroll knowledge.
- Can maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information.
- Works well as part of a team and is happy to provide support when required.
Previous payroll or administrative experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
