Payroll Administrator
As a Payroll Administrator in the transport and distribution industry, you'll be handling the day-to-day payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Based in Warrington, this role plays a key part in keeping payroll operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Description
- Process payroll accurately and in line with deadlines.
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
- Handle payroll queries and provide clear, timely responses.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
- Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate data flow.
- Support the preparation of year-end payroll documentation.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payroll processing.

Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in payroll or a related role.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes.

- Salary between £30,000 and £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in Warrington
- Free car parking on site.
- CIPP study support funding
- 25 days holidays plus BH
- 37.5 hour work week - flexible on start and finish times between 7am and 9am
