Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Venture Recruitment Partners are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing payroll team. You will play a key role in delivering accurate and efficient end-to-end payroll processing. You will be responsible for ensuring all payroll activities are completed to the highest standard, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail throughout the process. Duties

• Liaise closely with clients to ensure the accurate maintenance and smooth transfer of employee payroll data, building strong working relationships and delivering a high level of customer service.
• Manage the full end-to-end payroll cycle, including payroll processing, RTI submissions, pension uploads, and the production of payment and third-party reports.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and a comprehensive document management system, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and a complete audit trail.
• Keep abreast of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and company policies, ensuring all payroll activities remain compliant and up to date.
• Prepare month-end payroll journals, reconciliations, and reporting information to support finance teams and audit requirements.
• Complete and submit CIS returns accurately and within required deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function, contributing to efficient processes and best practice standards.
