Payroll Administrator (Temporary Contract)

Location: West London (Hybrid)

Rate: up to £40k temporary equivalent, approx up to March 27

To be considered for this role you must be available to start on short notice with Payroll and ADP experience.

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a large, well-established business on a temporary basis.

You’ll support payroll operations, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately and on time while maintaining a high level of service to employees and stakeholders.

  • Supporting the processing of UK and/or overseas payrolls
  • Maintaining payroll records and ensuring payroll data accuracy
  • Processing payroll changes including starters, leavers and amendments
  • Assisting with payroll reconciliations and reporting
  • Supporting pension administration and statutory payments
  • Handling payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end payroll activities
  • Working closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers

Experience Required

  • Previous experience within a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer or Payroll Coordinator role
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and payroll compliance
  • Experience using ADP payroll systems is essential
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
