Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Perth office

Salary: £30,684 - £36,666 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12 month Fixed Term Contract | full time | Flexible First options available

The role

As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth and accurate delivery of our UK payroll. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll help ensure colleagues are paid correctly and on time, while providing a reliable and responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a team that values accuracy, continuous improvement, and working together to make processes more efficient and effective.

You will

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll transactions accurately, ensuring deadlines are met and colleagues are paid on time.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues and HR teams to resolve payroll queries in a timely and supportive way.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring compliance with relevant processes and controls.

You have

  • Experience working in payroll or a similar environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with numbers and systems, including Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel).
  • Experience using payroll and expenses systems (Oracle Payroll experience would be beneficial).
  • A well-organised and methodical approach, with the ability to manage deadlines calmly and effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to providing supportive and high-quality customer service
