Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with at least 2 years’ bureau payroll experience looking for your next opportunity?
As a Payroll Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of client payrolls across a range of sectors, ensuring accurate and timely processing while providing a high level of client service.
Responsibilities
- Processing weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly and monthly client payrolls.
- Processing starters, leavers, salary changes and payroll adjustments.
- Producing payslips, P45s and payroll reports.
- Reconciling HMRC accounts and dealing with HMRC queries.
- Managing Auto-Enrolment processes and pension submissions.
- Dealing with client queries and requesting payroll information.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and meeting deadlines.
- Managing multiple client payrolls across a varied portfolio.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ payroll bureau experience.
- Strong knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP and SPP.
- Knowledge of Auto-Enrolment and pension processes.
- Experience managing multiple client payrolls.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicating with clients.
- Good IT skills, including Excel and payroll software.
