About the Role
At Victrex, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Advisor to join our People Operations team and help deliver an exceptional payroll service to employees across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Payroll Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the end-to-end payroll process.
- Managing payroll changes, including starters, leavers and contractual amendments.
- Processing and checking payroll data to ensure accuracy.
- Advising employees and managers on payroll-related queries.
- Supporting pension administration and statutory payments.
- Working closely with HR colleagues and external providers.
- Producing payroll reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal controls.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in payroll administration or payroll processing
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with data, systems and spreadsheets
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Able to manage confidential information professionally
- Proactive, adaptable and keen to continuously improve processes
Experience within an HR or shared services environment would be advantageous.
