I'm currently partnering with a well-established, employee-owned professional services organisation to recruit a Payroll Advisor to join their collaborative HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to take ownership of payroll processes while working closely with HR and Finance in a supportive, people-focused environment.

- End-to-end payroll processing.
- Managing payroll changes, bonuses, overtime, and ad hoc payments.
- Ensuring payroll compliance with UK legislation and HMRC requirements.
- Supporting payroll reporting and audits.
- Working closely with HR and Finance to deliver an accurate and efficient payroll service.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a Payroll Advisor position.
- Experience processing European payroll (this is essential).
- Experience using Cascade Payroll.
- Knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, and IR35.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
