The Opportunity

Help ensure our employees across Europe are paid accurately and on time. We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Operations Analyst who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and delivering excellent service.

What You'll Do

  • Manage accurate, timely end-to-end payroll for designated countries.
  • Partner with ADP and resolve payroll queries for restaurant and support office employees.
  • Monitor payroll processes in Workday and recommend improvements to efficiency, compliance and employee experience.
  • Review payroll reports and support Accounting, Finance and Operations enquiries.
  • Act as an in-country expert on tax, regulatory requirements, National Insurance, pensions and payroll controls.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 2+ years of end-to-end UK payroll experience is required; experience in an international or multi-country environment is a plus.
  • Payroll systems experience; Workday and ADP GlobalView are strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and controls, with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent accuracy, organisation, communication and discretion. Payroll certification is desirable.
  • Experience processing payroll for large hourly workforces, including variable hours and absence adjustments.
  • Ability to independently manage payroll issues through to resolution.
