Global Payroll Analyst at Rapid7
As a Global Payroll Analyst at Rapid7, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across our international locations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll workflows, maintain system integrity, and deliver an exceptional experience for our global workforce.
About the Team
This team of six members focuses on ensuring the company's global payrolls are processed accurately, compliantly, and in a timely manner through strong partnership, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.
About the Role
As a Global Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of payroll operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Process payroll for multiple countries end to end, with the support of the assigned Global Payroll Provider.
- Prioritize payroll deadlines to ensure compliance.
- Audit gross to net payroll inputs.
- Research, resolve, and identify root cause of payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare payroll reports and provide data for financial reporting, audits, and management analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization as needed.
- Assist as needed with month-end closing queries as they relate to the payrolls.
- Access online banking systems to initiate all necessary funding payments for payroll, taxes, and benefits as designated per country.
- Maintain payroll procedures, documentations, and process controls.
- Assist with Year-End tax reporting, employee documents, and processing.

The Skills You’ll Bring
- Bring 3+ years of experience in global payroll operations and administration.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Workday, and ADP systems.
- Hold self and others responsible for driving accurate outcomes and meeting critical commitments that deliver value for the business.
- Utilize strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to analyze data and resolve operational challenges.
- Communicate in a clear manner that conveys objectives and rationale effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Build a network and work across boundaries with internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements.
- Manage workload priorities effectively to navigate fast-paced operational environments.
- Maintain professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Czech.

The annual salary range for this role, depending on location, is:
- Czechia: Kč495,000.00 - 825,000.00 CZK Annual
Salary ranges may vary based on geographical location. This range does not include variable/incentive compensation, equity, and benefits (where applicable/eligible).
