Your new role

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the payroll team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working with payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and data
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees
  • Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings
  • Stay up to date on payroll best practices and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data and information

This position could be right for you if you have:

  • Ideally CIPP qualified
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and software
  • Knowledge of UK payroll regulations and tax laws
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software
