Payroll Analyst

London (hybrid)

We are partnering with an international financial services organisation to appoint a Payroll Analyst to join its growing team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of payroll operations across multiple international locations. Working closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers, you will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance across a range of jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will have strong experience managing both UK and US payroll, alongside exposure to international payroll operations within a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple international entities.
• Oversee payroll activity relating to starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, benefits and leave.
• Review payroll calculations and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and provide a high standard of support.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax requirements and reporting obligations.
• Support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
• Produce payroll reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes and controls.
