Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Payroll and Administration Assistant on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at Infopro Digital Services Limited based out of our London offices.
About the role
This role offers the opportunity to be part of our diverse Regional HR Team who support entities across the UK, Republic of Ireland, USA, Asia and Australia.
As a Payroll & Admin Assistant, you will support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate, timely payroll and employee administration across our regional locations. This role is ideal for a payroll professional looking to take the next step in their career, offering the chance to work within a multinational organisation while gaining exposure to global payroll processes and emerging HR and payroll automation initiatives.
You will play a key part in maintaining employee data, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal controls. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role that supports the smooth running of end-to-end people processes in a growing, international environment.
Job Responsibility
Payroll
- Assist the Payroll Manager with payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain payroll input such as new starters, leavers, contractual changes, absences, and variable pay.
- Support monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accurate data is provided to in-country providers.
- Help review payroll outputs, payslips, and reports, escalating discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain payroll records in line with audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- 2+ years of UK payroll administration experience.
- Proficient with payroll systems and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organised, process-driven, and adaptable.
