- Assist with processing monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Support calculations for salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory payments.
- Assist with resolving payroll queries from employees and liaising with relevant departments
- Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Your Profile
- Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident in managing queries both on online and in person
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
