Payroll Assistant
White Horse Employment are proud to be working exclusively with a prestigious brand in Bristol. We're looking for a Payroll Assistant to join a busy, friendly and well known brand that can contribute general support within the wider team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Looking after the company car scheme from start to finish
- Supporting employees with payroll, tax and company car related enquiries
- Checking mileage claims and making sure records are accurate and up to date
- Updating spreadsheets and producing reports for the wider business
- Supporting with audits, compliance tasks and year end processes
- Working closely with colleagues across the business
- Processing payroll deductions, bonuses and sickness information
- Maintaining employee records, staff changes and covers

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in Payroll, Payroll administration and Finance administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A confident communicator who enjoys working alongside others
- Good at problem solving and has a proactive approach
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
