Overview
Enterprise Mobility are excited to announce the opportunity of a Payroll Assistant/Coordinator to join our team based out of the European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in payroll, with full training provided. In this role, you will gain exposure to all aspects of payroll administration, helping to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. You will receive comprehensive training on HMRC and Irish Revenue PAYE regulations, enabling you to confidently manage payroll processes and respond to employee payroll and tax-related queries. Working closely with the Payroll Supervisor, you will gradually take ownership of your own payroll responsibilities while receiving ongoing support and guidance. No previous payroll experience is required, as full legislative and systems training will be provided.

Hours
40 hours per week Monday-Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm, Minimum 3 days in the office per week, which may change depending on business need
Location
Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 15 minutes walk from Egham station) Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities
The areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Entering payroll from start to finish
- Reconciling payroll accounting ledgers
- Dealing with ad-hoc payroll queries from employees and HMRC
- Performing payroll and accounting related administrative tasks
- Preparing payroll entries for posting to the general ledger
- Analysis of monthly payroll information
- Preparation of monthly payroll accounting schedules and reconciliations
- Ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- Payroll experience is not necessary as we will provide full training
- The suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Experience in handling queries from customers or vendors who require timely and clear responses
- Great communication skills verbally and written
- Demonstrate working to tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills, namely MS Excel
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Demonstrates ability to work with numbers
