Payroll Associate
Fully remote, UK-based | Up to £37,000 | ASAP start
Minimum 3 years payroll experience
Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a stable, long-term role where you can become a trusted part of the team?
We’re partnering with a growing organisation that is looking for a Payroll Associate to support their newly appointed Payroll Manager as the payroll function continues to develop. This role would suit someone reliable, detail-focused and autonomous, with strong payroll experience and the ability to deliver an accurate, high-quality service across a varied client base. You’ll need to be comfortable working remotely, managing deadlines and working closely with the Payroll Manager.

What you’ll be doing
- Processing payroll for multiple clients
- New starters, leavers and contractual changes
- SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP and other statutory payments
- Pension contributions and payroll deductions
- RTI submissions and HMRC payroll requirements
- Payroll queries and discrepancy resolution
- Payroll records, audits and documentation
- Year-end payroll processes, including P60s and P11Ds where applicable

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years payroll experience
- Reliable, autonomous personality
- Someone looking for a long term position
- Healthcare sector experience preferred, not essential
- Payroll software implementation experience preferred, not essential
