Payroll & Benefits Advisor
Professional Services Firm
London (3 days per week in office)
Up to £55k + Bonus
I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join a leading professional services firm in London.
This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working across both UK payroll and employee benefits, with the opportunity to take ownership of a 750-person payroll while playing a key role in the ongoing development of the firm's reward and benefits offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the monthly UK payroll for c.750 employees using Workday
- Acting as a key escalation point for payroll and pension queries
- Managing and developing UK and EMEA employee benefits
- Working with brokers and benefits providers on renewals, reviews and new benefit initiatives
- Acting as a Workday and Darwin super user
- Identifying opportunities to improve payroll, benefits and HR processes
- Supporting HR systems projects, upgrades and new module implementations
- Supervising and developing a Payroll Assistant
- Working closely with HR, Finance, HR Systems and senior stakeholders

Key Requirements:
- Strong UK payroll experience
- Experience across UK & EMEA benefits
- Practical Workday experience
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiencies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High levels of accuracy and discretion
- Experience within professional services, a partnership or law firm would be advantageous
