A brand new position here in the City of London
Please note this is a permanent full-time role - requiring three days of work per week. Two of these days will be spent in the firm's very pleasant, and centrally located offices.
The full time equivalent salary is £50,000, so this role will remunerate at £30,000 p.a. for the three days - plus bonus and banking benefits.
You will:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process and be the main point of contact for payroll
- Manage all employee benefits, including renewals and any queries
- Working within a small HR team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to our internal stakeholders, collaborating with colleagues throughout the business and striving to uphold the highest standards of professionalism

Main tasks
- Prepare and process the monthly payroll
- Record all payroll data
- Benefits administration (including relationships with 3rd parties)
- Manage the year end processing and submission of P60 and P11d forms
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Support the HR team with year-end salary and bonus review
- Keep up to date with the taxation of salaries, benefits and other factors impacting payroll
- Reconcile general ledger regarding payroll transactions
- Annual and monthly reporting 2027 Projects
- Payrolling benefits in kind
- Work with HR team to review benefits offering
- Further streamlining of processes

Qualifications
- Qualified payroll professional
- Ability to always maintain absolute privacy and confidentiality
- Experience of using HRIS with integrated payroll solution
- Attention to detail
- Advanced user of Excel
- Excellent organisation and mathematical skills
- Flexible and co-operative attitude to shifting priorities with the team
