Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Permanent - London - up to £55,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a logistics company, who are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, on a permanent basis. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will have sole responsibility of the UK end to end payroll, and benefits administration. This role is 4 days in their Central London office.
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Own the monthly UK payroll cycle end to end
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and partners on payroll, benefits, pension and reward-related queries.
- Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records, ensuring all employee changes are processed correctly and within deadlines.
- Manage payroll-related joiners, leavers, promotions, salary changes, bonuses, deductions, expenses and other variable pay elements.
- Administer the firm's benefits programme including pensions, life assurance, PHI, EAP, eye care and gym memberships, and act as the main liaison with providers.
- Support reward cycles - salary review, bonus communication, partner draw administration and year-end reporting including P11Ds and PSA.
- Partner closely with Finance on payroll reconciliations, monthly accruals and journals, and year-end audit queries.

- 3+ years experience working in a payroll & benefits environment
- ADP experience would be beneficial
- Exposure to employee relations processes
- Excellent attention to detail
