This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience processing large payrolls and using ERP systems. You will play a key role in delivering an accurate and timely payroll service, working in a fast-paced environment and undertaking end-to-end payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

  • Accurately process payroll within agreed timescales
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee payroll records
  • Manage all payroll changes, including processing starters and leavers
  • Deal with payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate resolutions
  • Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently, ensuring issues are addressed promptly

To be considered for this role, you must have the desired skills and experience below:

  • Proven experience of end-to-end payroll processing in a large volume environment
  • ERP experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
