Full job description
We are delighted to be working with a growing Practice in Middlesbrough who are looking for an experienced Payroller to join their team.
Both full and part time will be considered.
Duties will include:
- Processing a variety of client payrolls both weekly and monthly
- Pensions and auto enrolment
- Client annual year end payroll
- Using the WIP report summary to prioritise workload
- P32 - cheque logging
- Liaising with HMRC
- Invoicing payroll fees
- BACS payments
- Dealing with CIS payments and reclaims
- Updating client payroll notes and reports
- Monitoring TPR declarations
- Issuing payslips
- Adhoc account administration

Our client will consider this role as a sole payroll position or potentially a full time role combining both Payroll and Accounts processing.

Key criteria:
- Recent experience in Payroll Practice or Bureau
- Excellent attention to detail
- Up to date on payroll knowledge
