At Louis Vuitton, this position plays a key role in supporting employees and leadership by delivering flawless payroll operations, robust administration, and competitive compensation and benefits practices. You will work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, external providers, and local authorities, contributing to a compliant, audit-ready, and continuously improving HR ecosystem.

Job responsibilities

Payroll, C&B Expertise & Compliance

  • Execute accurate multi-country payrolls, maintaining data integrity and compliance with local statutory requirements (tax, social contributions) and LVMH guidelines.
  • Manage payroll calendars, journals, and all statutory local payments.
  • Act as primary contact for payroll inquiries from employees, tax authorities, and governmental agencies.
  • Monitor legislative changes, ensuring continuous compliance.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and manage external payroll provider relationships, including evaluations.
  • Oversee year-end reconciliation and system procedures.

Administration & Data Governance

  • Ensure clean, secure, and accurate payroll and HR data.
  • Administer end-to-end payroll processes for starters/leavers, ensuring local compliance.
  • Manage payroll systems integrity, record absences, and maintain GDPR-compliant internal records.
  • Drive digitalization and continuous improvement in administrative and payroll processes.

Benefits Management

  • Coordinate with HRBPs and benefit providers, managing contracts, renewals, and compliance.
  • Benchmark local benefits for competitiveness and update/manage benefits databases.
  • Provide clear guidance to employees on benefits.
  • Support annual performance/salary reviews (ICR) and collaborate with HR Director on payroll, reward, and talent alignment.
  • Assist with offer preparation and international relocation processes.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate monthly/annual HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment, mobility).
  • Provide data for annual social reporting.
  • Share trends, risks, and insights with stakeholders.
  • Maintain HR trackers for various absences.

Profile

  • Minimum 5-7 yrs work experience
  • Proven experience in payroll management and HR administration within a complex
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, statutory reporting, and audit
  • Experience working with external payroll providers and cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal).
