Location: Keighley (Office-Based)

Hours: 20–30 hours per week (flexible across Monday to Friday)
Pay: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (DOE)
At Rotherwood Recruitment, we're a well-established independent recruitment agency specialising in Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Education recruitment across Yorkshire and Lancashire. We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Administrator to join our friendly, supportive team.
This is a highly structured and methodical role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys administrative and accounts-related tasks, and takes pride in producing accurate work. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our temporary workforce is paid correctly and remains fully compliant, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our back-office operations.

The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers accurately and on time.
- Managing candidate compliance, including Right to Work checks and onboarding documentation.
- Applying for and managing airside security passes.
- Chasing outstanding timesheets and ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records on our CRM system.
- Assisting with invoicing and other ad hoc accounts and administrative duties.
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as required.
What We're Looking For
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous payroll, compliance or administration experience (recruitment experience would be advantageous).
- Has exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a friendly team.
- Can work independently, use their own initiative and maintain confidentiality.
