We are hiring an SCM-HCM Payroll Consultant for a contract role based in Germany/Czech Republic for a global IT service provider. This is a techno-functional role.

Experience: 5-10 years
Work Model: Remote – from anywhere within Europe/UK
Language: German or Czech – mandatory
Your Tasks and Requirements
- Practical experience with SAP HCM Payroll / ECP and international payroll support.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Solid knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, processing classes, factoring, and average processing.
- Experience with gross-to-net payroll processing, payroll validation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of PIT and ACTIO rules and payroll processing logic.
- Experience in AMS/outsourced payroll support.
- Experience supporting monthly payroll operations and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of payroll laws/incentives in Turkey, Germany, Czech Republic, and Romania is an advantage, including Law No. 4691 and Law No. 5746.
- Excellent English communication and client-facing experience.
