Position: Group Payroll Co-Ordinator (Permanent)

Role Definition
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, this is a permanent position responsible for supporting the coordination and administration of Group payrolls across the UK and Rest of World (ROW) locations. The role requires a high level of confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring compliance and effective communication between Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers. The successful candidate will help ensure payroll processes are delivered efficiently and in accordance with local legislative requirements and company policies.

Core Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Assist with the administration and coordination of UK and ROW payroll processes across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Liaise with outsourced payroll providers to ensure payroll data is submitted accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Support payroll compliance activities, ensuring adherence to country-specific payroll legislation, tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Review payroll outputs and assist with resolving payroll discrepancies across UK and international payrolls.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications / Experience
- Previous payroll experience is essential, including exposure to UK payroll and Rest of World (ROW) payroll operations across multiple countries.
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and international payroll processes is highly desirable.
- Understanding of global mobility, international payroll compliance, tax and employment regulations would be advantageous.
- Working with accounting systems and financial processes.
- Adherence to accounting processes, procedures, and controls.
- Proficient in Excel.

Additional Experience
- Experience supporting multi-country payrolls within a global organisation.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements across different regions.
- Ability to manage payroll queries and stakeholder relationships across multiple time zones and locations.
