About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable People Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting payroll processing and employee administration functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing employee records, processing payroll updates, maintaining absence and holiday records, and working with HR systems and Excel to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience or interest in HR, payroll, or finance is preferred, along with proficiency in Excel and digital tools. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. A background in administrative roles or experience working with HR systems will be advantageous. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update employee records, including contract changes and personal details to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Process payroll updates, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintain absence and holiday records, tracking leave entitlements and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work with Excel spreadsheets and HR management systems to compile, analyze, and report payroll and employee data.
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and HR administration.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing of employee-related information.
