Payroll Executive – Media

Central London – Hybrid
£40K
6 Month FTC | ASAP start

We’re looking for a Payroll Executive to join a busy media business on a six month FTC, supporting the smooth and accurate delivery of payroll across the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid payroll experience who is comfortable working at pace and enjoys being hands-on. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day payroll process, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

The role

  • Managing the end-to-end payroll processes across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll
  • Processing starters, leavers, changes, bonuses, deductions and other payroll adjustments
  • Benefits administration
  • Responding to payroll queries and acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers
  • Working closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll data is accurate
  • Supporting with payroll reporting, reconciliations and year-end processes
  • Ensuring payroll is processed in line with relevant legislation and company policies
  • Processing payroll across international markets would be desirable
  • Experience using SAP would be advantageous

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years’ solid payroll experience who can hit the ground running. You’ll be organised, detail-focused and confident managing your own workload in a busy environment. You’ll be someone who takes pride in getting the detail right, is comfortable working to deadlines and can build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

ASAP availability is highly desirable.
