As a Payroll Executive
You'll handle the day-to-day processing of payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your work will help the accounting and finance department run smoothly, supporting clients and internal teams alike.

Description
As a Payroll Executive duties will include but are not limited to,
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure all payroll data is accurate and submitted on time.
- Handle payroll queries and provide clear, timely responses.
- Stay up to date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and distribute payslips and other payroll documentation.
- Support the accounting and finance team with payroll-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll data and information.
- Ensure smooth payroll operations

A Successful Payroll Executive Should Have
- Experience in payroll processing especially dealing with large volumes
- Knowledge of payroll systems and relevant regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Clear communication skills for client and team interactions.
- A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.

Job Offer
- Salary between £28,000 and £31,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position in the professional services industry.
