We're now looking for a talented Client Payroll Executive to join our Payroll Services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional payroll support to our customers.
The Role
As a Client Payroll Executive, you'll manage your own portfolio of payroll clients, taking responsibility for the payroll process from start to finish. You'll work directly with customers to collect payroll information, process payrolls, produce reports, arrange payments and ensure every pay run is completed accurately and on time.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems and delivering outstanding service.

What you'll be doing
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.
- Processing payroll data through manual input and imports.
- Creating BACS files and RTI submissions.
- Checking payroll calculations and ensuring accuracy.
- Producing payroll reports, payslips, P45s and pension outputs.
- Responding to client and third-party queries.
- Completing reconciliations and year-end activities.
- Supporting compliance with current HMRC legislation.
- Working to agreed service levels and deadlines.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Payroll, Product and Support teams.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience processing payrolls.
- Payroll software experience.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Payroll qualifications such as CIPP are desirable but not essential.
