Payroll Executive
As a Payroll Executive in London, you'll be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy for a range of clients in the professional services industry. Description
- Process payrolls accurately and on time for a variety of clients.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and legal requirements.
- Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement updates accordingly.
- Support the team with ad hoc payroll-related tasks as required.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
A Successful Payroll Executive Should Have
- Previous experience in payroll processing or a related role.
- A solid understanding of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence in handling client queries and providing excellent service.
- Proficiency in accounting and finance software.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
