HR & Payroll Advisor | 12-Month FTC
Hybrid | 2–3 days in the office
I'm working with a well-established international professional services business that is looking to appoint an experienced HR & Payroll Advisor to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a broad HR position with a real mix of payroll, benefits and HR operations. You'll take ownership of UK payroll while also supporting the global payrolls, employee benefits, recruitment, HR systems and day-to-day HR activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing UK payroll and supporting payroll activity across the Nordic region.
- Owning employee benefits, pensions and payroll reporting.
- Acting as the main contact for the HR system and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assisting with performance reviews, absence management and wider HR administration.
- Producing contracts, HR documentation and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Supporting HR projects and helping improve internal processes.

You'll Ideally Have:
- Strong UK payroll experience.
- Exposure to international payroll would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of pensions and employee benefits.
- Experience supporting recruitment and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
- Experience with Personio or Moorepay would be beneficial.
