About Us
We are the Operational Support Team for Azets Payroll business. The Payroll team is around 150 people and we process over 1.5 million payslips for over 7000 clients per year. As part of the Support team you will have responsibility for oversight of systems reporting and billing. A key aspect of the team is to identify additional revenue and efficiency opportunities to deliver best practice, automation and elimination of errors in order to provide our clients and stakeholders a best in class service whilst enhancing revenue and margin.

The Role
You will be Team Leader part of a central team offering system and reporting support to the wider payroll group. This will be a key role supporting and enhancing the payroll service processes and procedures to further develop the business.
Reporting through to the Continuous Improvement & Support Manager you will assist in system and technical support to the wider group via the use of our in-house ticketing procedures and offer advice and support on improvement projects via change requests. You will also maintain administrative oversight of the payroll and other third-party systems ensuring system reporting, access controls and reviews.

Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong payroll software knowledge and experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to translate data into value MI
- Highly organised and responsive with the ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
