Payroll Manager
As a Payroll Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the payroll process to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. You'll play a key role in managing payroll operations and compliance to keep the business running smoothly.

Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates.
- Provide support during audits and inspections related to payroll.

Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Experience in managing payroll processes and systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information.
