Payroll Manager
Permanent role
Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days office based
Signet are delighted to be supporting a large, multisite business in the UK with a Payroll Manager hire with a key role within their growing business, responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll for circa 2000 employees. In this role, you will combine hands-on payroll management with stakeholder partnering and also process improvement across the organisation.

Key elements to the role:
- Lead weekly and monthly payrolls via ADP
- Complete payroll checks and sign-off cycles
- Ensure accurate processing of employee changes and benefits (pensions, PMI, P11Ds, statutory reporting)
- Partner with HR and Finance to provide payroll insight and support budgeting
- Drive payroll system improvements, and improving ways of working
What they are looking for:
- Strong high-volume payroll experience
- Someone who is extremely date-led and hands-on, but also be able to pivot to a more strategic way of thinking
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
