Payroll Manager - duties to include:

  • Processing all aspects of the monthly payroll process
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Maintaining compliance with laws and regulations
  • Administering payrolled benefits (Medical/Car/Fuel)
  • Record maintenance
  • Issue/dispute resolution
  • Liaising with HR department (remote)
  • Liaising with Registered Managers of each service (remote)
  • Collaboration with the Finance Team (on-site)
  • Comparing roster with timesheets
  • Preparing various departmental reports
  • System and process management (see below software)
