Responsibilities
- Setting up new clients and payroll structures within PayCircle, including companies, pensions, business categories and payroll components.
- Defining and documenting data-mapping and transformation rules.
- Identifying differences between the two systems and resolving data issues alongside payroll specialists.
- Completing detailed data validation and reconciliation across individual records, payroll totals, year-to-date figures and statutory balances.
- Running parallel payrolls in IPP and PayCircle, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues before go-live.
- Maintaining secure, accurate and auditable migration records, including progress tracking and data-governance documentation.
- Supporting the team with client payroll processing across all frequencies.
- Calculating statutory payments, producing reports and payslips, managing BACS payments and completing HMRC RTI submissions.

Pay range and compensation package
£60k - £70k + Bonus
