About the Role

Everyone who works at Lidl brings something unique to the table - but we also have a whole lot in common. We’re curious, collaborative, and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.

Just like you.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic HR Services team as the Payroll Support & Global Mobility Manager where you will be leading a team of colleagues in Head Office and providing central support to both regional and head office colleagues. You will build open and productive working relationships across the team and the wider business to implement new projects, systems and payroll processes. You'll be a natural people-person, a confident communicator and an ambassador for positive change.

This role will give you responsibility and autonomy to support the strategic goals of the HR Services Department while reporting directly into the Head of HR Operations.

At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. Spend three days or more in our state-of-the-art office, where you can enjoy an on-site gym, restaurant, and more of the perks you deserve. And with up to two days at home, you’ll find the work/life balance you need to thrive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
