Job Title: Payroll & Pensions Specialist
Salary: £35,000
Location: Remote UK (with occasional travel to London)
Contract: Permanent | Full Time
We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing fintech organisation that is transforming the way employers manage payroll, workplace pensions and compliance through innovative technology.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to broaden their expertise into workplace pensions, client onboarding and fintech, while working in a predominantly remote environment with genuine career progression.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of UK payrolls, ensuring accurate and compliant processing from start to finish. Alongside payroll, you'll support workplace pension administration, client onboarding, partner relationships and process improvements, becoming a trusted adviser to clients while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end processing of multiple UK client payrolls.
- Workplace pension administration, including auto-enrolment and compliance.
- Managing payroll and pension queries while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Leading client onboarding and implementation meetings.
- Supporting product demonstrations and working closely with internal teams to improve systems and processes.
About You
- Proven experience processing UK payrolls independently.
- Must be currently in a role that processes client payrolls.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory payments.
- Experience within a payroll bureau or outsourced payroll environment.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
