Hybrid – 2 days/week in Warwick, 3 days remote
5-month contract

Are you an experienced Payroll Advisor with strong UK payroll knowledge who has been through a new system implementation? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major payroll implementation project (SuccessFactors), working at the heart of testing, data migration, and go-live readiness for a new payroll system.

Your job will be to:

  • Gather and document payroll requirements, controls, and integrations to support system configuration and compliance
  • Support payroll data migration and reconciliation, maintaining audit trails and ensuring data integrity across employee records
  • Collaborate with Payroll, People Systems, Finance, Reward, and external partners to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery
  • Design, script, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), including end-to-end and parallel runs, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved
  • Contribute to cutover and post-go-live hypercare, capturing lessons learned and embedding continuous improvement
