Payroll Specialist
Location: Stonehouse
Flexible working hours available (Core: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Due to exciting growth and the recent acquisition, the payroll team is expanding.

About the Role:
- Manage payroll for 150+ clients across a range of sectors: care, legal, healthcare, finance, film & more
- Support the migration to Brain Payroll, a new cloud-based payroll platform (full training provided)
- End-to-end payroll processing and reporting
- Calculations including SSP, SMP, P11Ds, Apprenticeship Levy and Employment Allowance
- Identify discrepancies and errors with accuracy and efficiency
- Support with onboarding new high-volume clients.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in payroll within a bureau or multi-client setting
- Strong technical knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable adapting to new systems
