Interim Payroll Transformation Manager / Consultant | £600-£700/day | Remote
I'm supporting a confidential client on a genuinely exciting payroll transformation assignment.
This is an opportunity to help build a transformation capability from the ground up, shaping ways of working, governance, methodologies, and standards while leading meaningful change across a multi-site European environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving payroll transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Mapping and redesigning end-to-end payroll processes
- Creating SOPs, documentation, governance frameworks, and operating standards
- Engaging stakeholders across Payroll, HR, and Finance
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of key change projects
- Helping stabilise and improve existing payroll operations

What we're looking for:
- Proven payroll transformation or payroll change experience
- Strong end-to-end payroll operations knowledge
- Understanding of payroll legislation and practices across Europe
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, evolving environment
- Able to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery

Multi-site European environment
