Payroll Transformation Project Lead
We’re working with a scaling consumer brand looking for an experienced payroll professional to lead a significant payroll transformation project.
With the business continuing to grow, there is an opportunity to review existing payroll arrangements, harmonise multiple providers across a global remit and create a more streamlined, consistent operation.

This is a hands-on project role, ideal for someone who has previously led a payroll implementation, provider transition or harmonisation project. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, taking ownership of the process from reviewing current arrangements through to implementation, testing and embedding new ways of working.
