📢 We’re Hiring: Payroll Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for delivering an accurate, timely, and efficient payroll service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has excellent attention to detail, and understands the importance of confidentiality and accuracy when dealing with employee information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Managing new starters, leavers, salary changes, deductions, and statutory payments
  • Ensuring payroll records are accurate and up to date
  • Handling payroll queries from clients
  • Preparing reports and payroll information as required
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll legislation and requirements
  • Working closely with clients, HMRC and pension providers to resolve payroll issues

About You:

  • Previous payroll experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of payroll processes and legislation
  • Confident working with payroll systems and Excel
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
