📢 We’re Hiring: Payroll Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for delivering an accurate, timely, and efficient payroll service.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has excellent attention to detail, and understands the importance of confidentiality and accuracy when dealing with employee information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Managing new starters, leavers, salary changes, deductions, and statutory payments
- Ensuring payroll records are accurate and up to date
- Handling payroll queries from clients
- Preparing reports and payroll information as required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll legislation and requirements
- Working closely with clients, HMRC and pension providers to resolve payroll issues

About You:
- Previous payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of payroll processes and legislation
- Confident working with payroll systems and Excel
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
