Payroll Specialist - 6 month FTC - London - up to £200 p/d
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with an Energy & Utilities company, who are looking for a Payroll Specialist, on a 6 month contract basis. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for coordinating a large and complex payroll operations, alongside benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, playing a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll administration. This role is on either a remote or hybrid basis, based in their London office.

Responsibilities
The Payroll Specialist will have the following skills:
- Experience of processing UK payroll and benefits administration
- Manage the day to day administration of a large, complex UK payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Administer employee benefits, ensuring changes are accurately reflected in payroll and employee records
- Ensure payroll processes comply with UK legislation, statutory requirements and company policies
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure accurate payroll delivery
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits queries, providing a professional and timely service
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and support audits, reporting and year-end processes

Requirements
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:
- Minimum of 3 years' hands on payroll & benefits experience across the UK
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise in a busy environment
- Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
- Excellent communication skills
