Role Overview
- Deliver payroll processes and procedures
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Manage questions from employees, outsource suppliers and internal and external stakeholders
- Escalation point in case of Payroll Manager absence

What You Will Do
- Manage and control vendor relationship, to provide accurate and timely processing of the monthly/bi-monthly/weekly payroll for countries in scope of responsibility
- Review accuracy and completeness of payroll data which needs to be processed
- Control payroll results delivered by payroll vendors, manage timely approvals and payment processing by relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships through effective and timely communication with internal and external customers
- Commit to the existing payroll processes, procedures and policies and suggest changes for improving the responsiveness, efficiency and accuracy
- Actively participate in the scheduled transition projects
- Act as a backup to other Payroll Specialists
- Act as a backup to Payroll Manager
Who You Are
- Experience in processing international payrolls and working within global payroll services and teams
- English / German / French / Spanish / Portuguese speaker
- Ability to complete work assignments within required time constraints and meet critical deadlines
- Ability to take responsibility for the team's work during the absence of the payroll manager
