Payroll and Accounts Administrator
A Payroll and Accounts Administrator is being recruited by an established and successful manufacturing group based in Poole. This is a full-time, office-based role, but 4 days would be considered.
Working closely with the Payroll Manager and Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls for up to 450 employees across multiple sites including collating and processing timesheets, overtime, starters and leavers, payroll changes, statutory changes e.g. SSP, SMP and pensions, preparing payroll journals, assisting with year end, submission of P11D and P11D(b), ensuring compliance with HMRC submissions and producing P60s and P45s.

In addition, there would be employee-related finance work which would include: processing employee expenses (manual and computerised) including resolving any queries with credit card company and employees.
Suitable Candidates
- Proficient in payroll processing and a good understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel and excellent data entry skills
- Some knowledge of accounts processes an advantage
- Self-motivated, a problem solver, professional, and friendly
