Who We Are

At Ultimate Performance, excellence is the standard not the exception. We are a luxury, globally expanding personal training and fitness brand, operating across major international markets. We deliver highly personalised, results-driven training experiences supported by world-class expertise, precision, and discretion. Behind every exceptional client experience is a business that operates with absolute accuracy and control. Payroll is fundamental to that standard.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to take ownership of payroll operations across a growing, multi-entity international business. This is a senior, hands-on role reporting into the Global Payroll Manager, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled payroll delivery across multiple regions. You will lead day-to-day payroll operations, oversee systems and processes, and manage a small team, while driving continuous improvement as the business scales.

This role is suited to someone who thrives in high-performance environments and takes pride in precision, accountability, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Payroll Ownership & Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across UK and international entities
  • Ensure all payrolls are processed accurately, on time, and in line with internal controls and local compliance requirements
  • Act as the escalation point for payroll issues, resolving complex queries efficiently

Systems & Process Management

  • Take ownership of payroll systems (including ADP and internal platforms), ensuring effective use and issue resolution
  • Identify risks early and implement corrective actions
  • Improve system utilisation to increase automation and reduce manual intervention

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
